An older 6-storey building built in the 1920s has undergone a major renovation. Existing back stairs have been demolished through the whole building where new bathrooms were built, 10 balconies have been established and the roof floor has been modified to be used for living.<\/span><\/p>\n

JS Engineering executed all the structural engineering work which involves static calculation, structural engineering drawings, detailed drawings, and structural documentation as per SBI-271. JS Engineering has also performed all the Fire design of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n
