These services were performed by JS Engineering:
- Include existing attic space for living accommodation
- Demolition of load-bearing wall in ground floor – and replacing this with a load-bearing steel beam
- Reconstructing existing trusses used in roof structure for collar tie rafters
- Building new dormer in new collar tie rafter structure
- Building new stairway from ground-floor to new second-story
- Detailed documentation report containing descriptions and sketches
- Heat loss calculation and contact to authorities
In relation to a large reconstruction of a property in Hvidovre, Denmark, consisting of a basement, ground floor, and second-story, JS Engineering was hired to produce structural analyses, stability calculations, heat loss calculations as well as applying for a building permit on behalf of property developer.
The property developer wanted to make the following modernizing contributions to the property.
The project is carried out in collaboration with the architects of Skitseprojekt.
