In the spring of 2023, we took on the task of designing a multi-storey building at Haslevej 8B. It has been an exciting journey, where our team has worked as structural designers for both Construction (KK2) and Fire (BK2). In addition to this, we have also prepared energy framework calculations to ensure that the building meets the necessary energy standards. The new building comprises 11 apartments on two floors with cantilevered corridors made of in-situ cast concrete. The walls are built of foundation blocks, while the roof construction is made of trapezoidal sheets covered with sedum roof. I would like to say a big thank you to my colleagues and business partners for the exceptional teamwork and commitment we have experienced on this project. It has been clear that all parties, including architects, contractors and engineers, have taken ownership of the project, which has been crucial to its successful completion. We are proud of the final result and look forward to continuing to deliver quality projects in the future. Below you will find a video of our first visit to the construction site back in 2023.
