- Foundation calculations based on geotechnical report of the site, which was used for dimensioning foundation according to the ground’s strength and deformation characteristics. Including sketches and descriptions.
- Statistical calculations of load-bearing elements in the building and their resistance towards vertical impact. Including wall pillars, crossbars above windows, and doorways. This includes sketches and descriptions gathered in a report that demonstrates how the property complies with current standards and legislations required for official authorization by local authorities.

JS Engineering has performed structural analyses on a new house in Esbjerg, Denmark.
The property was built with a modern one-sided roof slope with straight contours. It is a one-story building without basement but with garage and storage room.
