- Heat loss calculations
- Structural analyses for establishing first floor as well as reinforcement of existing ceiling
Description:
The property developer wanted to perform a large reconstruction of a private residence. Reconstruction included constructional changes with demands for new structural analyses to demonstrate new structural behavior. JS Engineering was responsible for the following items concerning reconstruction:
- Building new first floor.
- New stairway from living room to first floor
- Knocking down load-bearing walls
- Applying for Building Permit from local authorities and “Construction and Environment”
The project is carried out in collaboration with architects from Skitseprojekt.
