- Structural analyses for building two new dormers including exchange between rafters

- Contact to authorities – applying for building permit, descriptions, and dialogue with local authorities
JS Engineering was hired to produce structural analyses, heat loss calculations, and authorization (building permit) on a roof construction in relation to building new dormers. The building permit was applied for through “Construction and Environment” and was approved in very short time. Then, structural analyses and heat loss calculations were produced. The project was completed very quickly to accommodate property developer’s schedule.
